biographical notes
1979 graduated from the department of water conservancy engineering in Tsinghua University, and worked in water conservancy for many years. 1988- 1993 was the editor-in-chief of Poetic God, 1994- 1999 was the deputy editor-in-chief of Poetic God, and in 2000 he was the director of the book editorial department of Hebei Writers Association. He used to be the director of the Literature and Art Committee of Hebei Writers Association and the deputy director and secretary general of Hebei Poetry Art Committee. Now he is the director of the studio of Hebei Writers Association.

Main works: Elegy, Time, Novel Long song, Fables Collection, Fool's Fables, etc. His 16,000-long poem Elegy was called "the creation epic of the East" by critics.
