KFC (Kentucky? Fried? Chicken (Kentucky Fried Chicken), referred to as KFC, is one of the multinational chain restaurants in the United States and the second largest fast food and the largest fried chicken chain enterprise in the world. Duncan Hynes, a food critic, included his fried chicken restaurant in a handbook introducing roadside stalls published in 1935. In 1939, Colonel Sanders developed a secret recipe made of1/Chinese herbal medicines and spices by using a pressure cooker, which improved his fried chicken fast food.
