Residents' meeting: representatives of the preparatory group hold a meeting of all residents to mobilize and publicize the self-management committee, express interests and purposes, and solicit opinions from everyone. Residents who are willing to form autonomous management committees may organize the election of members.
3. Establishment of the Committee: Members of the Committee are elected according to the method decided by the residents' meeting. The members of the Committee shall be composed of representatives of residents or owners of the community, and the number shall generally not exceed 7. The specific settings can be determined according to the actual situation of the community.
4. Submit an application: After the establishment of the Self-management Committee, apply for registration with the local government department or community competent unit to obtain legal status.
