After selecting the cell corresponding to the title, press ctrl+c or the right mouse button, and click Copy.

Select all the areas to be copied in the header, press ctrl and G keys to locate the conditions at the same time, select the visible cells, confirm, right-click to copy, right-click the target location, and paste.
