Ingredients: beef bones, potatoes, peppers, aniseed, cinnamon, fragrant leaves, onion, ginger, rice vinegar, cooking wine and chicken essence.

Accessories: Zanthoxylum bungeanum, Fructus Lycii, Fructus Jujubae, Onion, Carrot Slices, and Coriander (finally added to the pot).

Production process: 1. First, soak the ox bone in clear water and change the water several times until there is no blood.
