Yu Minyan was born in 1983. He studies piano at Nanjing Art Institute. After graduation, his classmates went to the Youth League Committee of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications. Since then, without any job training, he was transferred to Beitang District, Wuxi City as an assistant to the district head. Graduated from Nanjing Art Institute, once taught in Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, and then transferred to official career. Yu Minyan used to be the assistant to the mayor of Beitang District, and now he is the propaganda minister of wuxi new district, Wuxi City, Jiangsu Province.
