Dai Xizeng (1899 ~ 2005, year 106) was a villager in Dajiashan Village, Liaoheyuan Town, dongliao county City, Jilin Province. In order to realize his beautiful scenery, he dug with pickaxe and shovel for 60 years, planted more than/kloc-0.00 million trees and afforested more than 40 hectares of barren hills. In 2005, he won the nomination award of the second China Top Ten Senior News Figures selected by Senior Daily.
