Previous positions: Director of the Second Reconnaissance Department of Hainan Provincial Public Security Department, Deputy Director of the Economic Crime Investigation Department, Vice Captain of the Domestic Security Mobile Reconnaissance Team, Chief of the Domestic Security Mobile Reconnaissance Team of Hainan Provincial Public Security Department (director level), Chief of the Domestic Security Corps of Hainan Provincial Public Security Department (deputy director level), and Chief of the Counter-Terrorism Corps of Yunnan Provincial Public Security Department.

He is currently the secretary and inspector general of the Disciplinary Committee of Hainan Provincial Public Security Department.
