I. News background of the event

Investigation on criminal motive:
Li Xiaowen, a school security guard, had a conflict with his colleague Huang because of work problems and trivial matters in life. He was dissatisfied with Li Mouqiang, the vice president of the school, because of his vacation, so he held a grudge against him and then had the idea of revenge.
At 8 o'clock on June 4, 2020, Li Xiaowen took four kitchen knives and took advantage of his colleague Huang's carelessness to slash a knife at Huang's head.
After leaving the crime scene, Li Xiaowen heard the noise of students on the second floor of the kindergarten teaching building. In order to vent his personal anger, he rushed to the second floor, took out a kitchen knife, entered the classrooms of grade one and grade two in kindergarten, and cut students with the knife, causing injuries to many students and injuring Wu Mou Yao, the teacher who stopped him.
After going downstairs, Li Xiaowen saw that Huang, who had been chopped, passed by, continued to chase after him, and then chased Li Mouqiang, the vice president who came to stop him.
On July 3 1, the public prosecution agency prosecuted Li Xiaowen for intentional homicide, demanding that he be investigated for criminal responsibility, but the court did not pronounce a sentence in court.
Second, the enlightenment of this incident to school management and colleague relationship
School is a special property, and there are a large number of minors. Their life safety must be the first, and all work must be based on this. In the process of education and teaching management, schools must also follow this principle. On the one hand, it is necessary to strictly check the employment regulations, whether it is necessary to strictly select and assess the employment of security personnel, and even investigate their background.
