Zhang Peng was arrested on February 26th, 20021year by Lishui Municipal People's Procuratorate on suspicion of insider trading.

Whoever commits the crime of insider trading after a court decision shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than five years or criminal detention, and shall also be fined not less than one time but not more than five times the illegal income.
