How to write a resume is effective?
1. Do not exceed one page of A4 paper.

2. Don't talk nonsense unless you really have nothing to write (for example, English is poor in listening, speaking, reading and writing, just write: Language skills: IELTS 6.9, get an advanced translation certificate, and publish a Chinese-English bilingual book XXX, XX Publishing House, 20 1 1).

3. Read the recruitment notice carefully, and the above requirements should have corresponding contents to ensure that the initial screening can pass the test.

4. Don't pretend to be cool, and don't write unfavorable or unimportant information that you think can be discarded, such as age, native place, nationality, political outlook and native place-the key is not what you think, but whether the "recruiting unit" thinks it is important or not.

Spend some money to take a good-looking photo, not an art photo, but you can ask the photo studio to make you more energetic, youthful and beautiful. The photos that are uglier than you, without many earthy photos, are not as good as you.

6. Unless you ask, don't attach photos of your life and all kinds of certificates. Attach it when necessary.

7. Ask friends to check typos and grammar and logic problems.

8. If you can study the characteristics of the industry, you can extract the bright spot that makes the corresponding recruitment unit shine.

Write these first, at least such a resume can pass my preliminary screening. ; )
