Daoxiang Village was founded in Suzhou on 1773, with three founders: Shen Qiuquan, Wang Qiugen and Zhao Mingbo.
1895, a Nanjing native named Guo Yusheng came to Beijing and opened a grocery store called Daoxiang Village South Goods Store in Qianmen, selling cakes and southern local products. This store 1926 closed until 58 years later, Mr. Liu Zhenying opened Daoxiang Village in Beijing. According to Mr. Liu Zhenying's resume,/kloc-0 was an apprentice in Zhang Sen store in Beijing in 1936, and/kloc-0 opened a pastry shop called Yinglin Liuji in 1944, until/kloc-0 was a public-private partnership in 1956. As for the relationship between Mr. Liu and the former south goods store called Daoxiang Village, I'm sorry that my knowledge is poor and puzzling. . .
Daoxiangchun was founded in Beijing on 19 16. Its founder is Zhang, who used to be a master of Beijing's catering industry. He owns many industries, such as Daoxiangchun pastry shop, Longsen western restaurant and Lin Long Chinese restaurant.
After liberation, Daoxiangchun in Beijing, like Daoxiangcun in Suzhou, was lost by public-private partnership. In the 1980s, like other time-honored brands, signboards were taken out to consume the feelings of those who liked the old ones.
