Textbook analysis
This article is selected from Xu Guangyao's novella Private Zhang Ga. The article selects the contents of the first eight chapters of the novel, but there are great changes, mainly concentrating the contents from the first chapter to the seventh chapter into the first five natural paragraphs, and simply writing the scene of Zhang Ga and his grandmother living alone, and how he became a boy scout after her death.
Starting from the sixth natural paragraph, it focuses on the process of destroying the Japanese devils together with the district captain: luring the enemy into the room, dealing with the Japanese devils skillfully, assisting the soldiers to destroy the Japanese devils, and winning the long-awaited pistol. The story is vivid, gripping, with appropriate details and vivid characters, which depicts a witty and brave young hero for us.
