Born in Fengqiu, Henan, 1964 was born in Kaifeng, Henan. /kloc-0 was admitted to the political department of Henan university in September, 1983, and/kloc-0 graduated in September, 1987. Mainly engaged in party and government management in colleges and universities. He has served as director of the teaching and research section of the Personnel Department of Henan University, vice president of the School of Environmental Planning of Henan University, deputy director of the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee, and secretary of the Party branch of the Marxist-Leninist Moral Education Department.
