Ma Ying (1920-201year):1920, a native of Ma Fucai Village, Ding County, Hebei Province. Formerly known as Ma Yingxian. 1935 graduated from liqin valley, the predecessor of liqin valley middle school. 1936 joined China to participate in the revolution, 1938 joined the Eighth Route Army. During the period of War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, he served as a propagandist of the Eighth Detachment of Jizhong People's Self-Defense Force, a staff officer of Dingzhou Anti-Japanese and National Salvation Mobilization Conference, a county commissioner, a political instructor of the training regiment and a second instructor of the thirty regiments. He used to be the captain of the Party School of the Fourth Committee of Shanxi-Chahar-Hebei, the teacher, secretary, assistant and captain of the Party branch of the Fourth Army Division, and participated in the battles of Bolan Town, Gully and Hundred Regiments War. Is the top ten representatives of the Communist Party of China (CPC). 1955 was awarded the rank of colonel, and 1964 was promoted to the rank of senior colonel.
