Therefore, the caretaker Dong Xiaohui posted color photos of the children's lives above each seat, arranged seats for the children with photos, and posted works created by the students themselves in the blank space of the carriage.

It is understood that when the school bus line was just opened, in order to give children a safe and comfortable riding environment, the caregiver Dong Xiaohui arranged a fixed seat for each student according to the seat. But after a few days, there are always students who can't remember their seats, and often block the aisle because they are looking for seats, delaying the students behind them to get on the bus. Later, Dong Xiaohui thought that all the seats on the train had seat numbers, but not on the school bus, so he could try one himself. Although the order of carriages has improved, it is still not ideal. Dong Xiaohui had a brainwave and asked every student in the car to hand in a photo of his life and stick it next to his name. This method really works. Now students can find their position by running photos themselves after getting on the bus. The order of school bus rides is no longer chaotic, and the time delayed between rides is also saved. Moreover, Dong Xiaohui also used this interesting seat map to quickly remember the appearance and name of each student, and never called the wrong name again.

I feel that there are still many gaps in the carriage. Dong Xiaohui leads the students to beautify the carriage environment on the basis of interesting seating charts.
