Chen Zengjing, male, Han nationality, professor of Shandong University, doctoral supervisor, member of the Central Committee of the Democratic National Construction Association, winner of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, winner of the 14th Sun Economic Science Award ("Fuzziness, Risk and Return on Assets under Continuous Time"), and adjunct professor of Statistics and Actuarial Department of the University of Western Ontario, Canada. He is currently the dean of Qilu Securities and Finance Research Institute of Shandong University and the dean of Mathematics College of Shandong University. Member of the Statistics Branch of the Teaching Steering Committee of the Ministry of Education, director of the National Society of Probability and Statistics, executive director of the National Society of Applied Statistics, member of the 14th CPPCC, deputy director of the Shandong Provincial Committee of the Democratic National Construction Association, and member of the National Steering Committee of Postgraduate Education in Applied Statistics.
