Chen Zhiping is the chairman of Fujian Branch of Guangzhou Waterway Bureau. On April 2, 2022, the Fujian Provincial People's Government issued a notice on the appointment and dismissal of Chen. The People's Government of Fujian Province decided to appoint the chairman (legal representative) of Fujian Port Group Co., Ltd., remove his post as general manager of Fujian Port Group Co., Ltd. and appoint Chen as general manager of Fujian Port Group Co., Ltd. (for a term of three years).
