Tsinghua Banma refers to the special physical education class in Ma Yuehan Middle School in Tsinghua University, which is jointly organized by Tsinghua University and Tsinghua High School, and specially trains middle school students with sports expertise. Ban Ma was named after Mr. Ma Yuehan, a sports educator who has taught in Tsinghua for more than 50 years. Since the establishment of 1986, Banma has trained 8 international athletes and 34 elite athletes, and has sent a large number of professional sports talents to the national team.
