I think this measure is difficult to promote the three-child measure, because this measure can not fundamentally alleviate the economic difficulties of those three-child families, and we need a whole set of measures to ensure the basic living problems of each family.

As our birth rate is getting lower and lower, our annual net population growth in 20021year is only 480,000. This is an exaggerated concept, because the population of our country is 65.438+400 million, and a net increase of 480,000 is basically equivalent to negative growth. In this case, our population aging problem is becoming more and more serious, which means that our population burden is getting heavier and heavier. It is also for this reason that we can see various measures to encourage fertility, but not all measures are effective.

1. What is this proposal?

This was suggested by CPPCC member Zhang Junting. He suggested that the third child in each family can go to kindergarten for free. Because it is generally believed that the cost of going to kindergarten is relatively expensive, if this cost can be saved, he thinks that many people will have the motivation to have a third child. Personally, I don't agree with this proposal, because I think it will only play a palliative role, and it is difficult for this proposal to fundamentally help families with children.

Second, this measure is difficult to promote the three-child measure.

The reason for saying this is mainly because the cost of raising a child is very high. Especially in first-tier cities and second-tier cities, the cost of raising a child may reach millions of yuan. If we only consider the cost of children's study in kindergarten, it is difficult to alleviate the economic problems of families with three children, and naturally it will not play a role in encouraging children to have children.

3. What is my personal suggestion?

I suggest that we not only pay attention to these measures to encourage children, but also fulfill our previous promises. As early as 30 years ago, when we talked about family planning, we told the parents of the only child that they might get corresponding protection. But in fact, if we can't even do this, it's hard to really motivate people to have children by encouraging them to have children.
