Good afternoon everyone. My name is X Xiang. Xiang is a dream come true. I come from xx. Here, first of all, I want to thank my teachers and seniors for giving me this opportunity. I want to join the xx club. Why? First, I want to serve more college students better. Nowadays, many college students sleep late except for classes in the dormitory. I used to be like this. Later, joining in all directions was like changing a person, and the whole class was my earliest. Every day is full of motivation and the whole person feels a lot happier. So I also want them to get out of their comfort zone and find themselves struggling like me. Secondly, I also want to exercise my ability.

My advantage is that I am cautious and earnest, a detail-oriented person, and even a little obsessive-compulsive. Many things have to be repeatedly confirmed whether they are successfully completed, in order to feel at ease. Another advantage of mine is that I am good at teamwork. I can actively communicate with others and listen to their opinions.

I believe I can do this job well, because I have been in various positions in my class since I was a child. I was a monitor in high school and won the title of "excellent monitor". Although some things are inevitably not handled perfectly, I have gained valuable experience from it, so that I can better assist my tutor to lead the class, and I can also better communicate with my classmates and understand their needs. If I can join the xx club this time, I will set an example, be strict with myself, and try to be a bridge between the tutor and the students to help everyone learn and grow more happily.
