Jiao (1922 August16-1964 May 14), a native of Beigushan Village, Boshan County, Zibo City, Shandong Province, was the former secretary of Lankao County Committee, a national model cadre and a revolutionary martyr. The spirit of "being close to the people and loving the people, working hard, being scientific and realistic, facing difficulties and being selfless" that he showed when he was the secretary of the county party committee in Lankao was later called "Jiao Youlu spirit". Jiao was born in a poor family. In June, he joined China 1946 and served as deputy secretary and district head of Daying District Committee of Weishi County. /kloc-0 studied in Harbin Institute of Technology and Dalian Crane Factory in August, 954. On September/0/0, 2009, Jiao was awarded as "100 person who touched China since the founding of New China" in the selection activity jointly organized by Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China and the Central Organization Department.
