The Beijing-Hong Kong subway operation trainee project is the cradle for training future management talents and technical experts in the field of subway operation/engineering. The plan aims to provide excellent backup force for all related business areas of Beijing-Hong Kong Metro, which will be the driving force for the company's sustainable development.
As the first subway enterprise in China to put forward the "Operating Trainees" plan, we have carefully designed a systematic training plan for the trainees who entered the plan, and planned a clear prospect for their future career development.
20 14 is the fourth year of the Beijing-Hong Kong subway operation trainee project. The employees who joined the project in the first three years have been well trained and developed in the company.
The objectives of the operation trainee program are:
Operation trainees are divided into two directions: transportation trainees and engineering trainees. The plan aims to train future subway management talents and business experts.
Career development path of operation trainees;
Excellent students will have the opportunity to grow into unique business experts and management talents in a certain field of subway operation within 4 ~ 8 years.
Training mode of operating trainee project:
1. In the first year, I studied in a large-scale rotation at the grassroots level, involving the professional knowledge, organizational structure and workflow of many departments and positions; In the second year, I will work deeply in the departments and directions that are expected to establish posts, understand the core business and show my personal ability.
2. Take the tutorial system, and assign each student a manager above the manager level as his mentor. Students meet with their tutors regularly, and the tutors review the students' professional quality, management skills and professional knowledge.
3. Participate in systematic professional skills training, management ability training and professional quality training, improve professional quality and accelerate growth.
4. After two years, if the project is qualified, it can be created as a grass-roots manager or professional, management team and team.
