1. Whether reptiles are illegal or not needs to be judged according to the following circumstances:
(1) Reptiles themselves are not illegal;
(2) If the crawler program collects personal information such as citizens' names, ID numbers, communication contact information, addresses, account passwords, property status, whereabouts and tracks, and uses them in an illegal way, it will definitely constitute an illegal act of illegally obtaining citizens' personal information.

(2) Entering, taking photos or peeping into other people's private spaces such as houses and hotel rooms;
(3) Shooting, peeping, eavesdropping or revealing other people's private activities;
(4) Shooting or peeping at the private parts of others' bodies;
(5) handling other people's private information;
(6) Infringe upon the privacy of others in other ways.
Second, how to punish illegal access to citizens' personal information?
The penalties for illegally obtaining citizens' personal information are as follows:
1. Whoever sells or provides personal information of citizens to others, if the circumstances are serious, shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not more than three years or criminal detention and shall also or only be fined. If the circumstances are especially serious, he shall be sentenced to fixed-term imprisonment of not less than three years but not more than seven years and shall also be fined.
2. Whoever sells or provides citizens' personal information obtained in the course of performing their duties or providing services to others shall be given a heavier punishment in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
3. Whoever steals or illegally obtains citizens' personal information by other means shall be punished in accordance with the provisions of the first paragraph.
