On the morning of August 22nd, the Standing Committee of the 16th People's Congress of Yanji held its 39th meeting and appointed Zheng Quan as the deputy mayor of Yanji Municipal People's Government.

Dai, director of the Standing Committee of the Municipal People's Congress, Qiao Jia and Cui Hu, deputy directors, attended the meeting. The Standing Committee of the Municipal Party Committee and Vice Mayor even attended the meeting as nonvoting delegates.
