The first phase of Dalian Metro 1 Line starts from Yao Jia and passes through Nanguanling. The main line of the planned subway is 2 1. 174km, all of which are underground lines, laying along Huabei Road, Shandong Road, Promotion Road, Xi 'an Road, Guo Fu Street and Zhongshan Road, and passing through Quanshui Community, China Plaza, Shahekou Railway Station and Zhongshan Road along the way. There will be a new 17 station along the line, four interchange stations, and the rolling stock depot and comprehensive base will be located in Nanguanling. The total investment of the project is 9.795 billion yuan. The preliminary work is planned to start in June 2009 and be completed by the end of September 20 15. The total construction period is expected to be 6 years.

1 line is the backbone line running through the east-west direction of the city, starting from Hekou in the west and going to Donghai Park in the east, passing through Lushun South Road, Huangpu Road, Zhongshan Road, Xinghai Park, Convention and Exhibition Center, Guo Fu Street, Xi 'an Road, Renmin Road and Donggang New District. The length of the main line of the proposed subway is 2 1. 174km, in which the length of the main line is 18. 104km and the length of the branch line is 3.070km, all of which are underground lines. The length of the connecting line from the line to Nanguanling Depot is 1.55 1km, in which the length of the underground transition section is 1.0 13km, the length of the overhead line is 0.390km, and the length of the ground line is 0. 148km.
