Historical origin: it is a modern variety. Like Dongkini cat, Meng Maimao was a cross between Burmese cat and American short-haired black cat in1970s. But it is not recognized in Britain. Because it looks like a cheetah, it is named after Mumbai, India.

Habits: gentle personality, not afraid of strangers, wonderful personality, often making pleasant whispering, like to keep company with people, so don't neglect it for a long time. However, unlike its appearance, it eats a lot and feels quite weighty when lifted.
