Responsibilities of the factory director of the printing plant

(1) Captain

The captain is the person in charge of production, safety and printing quality of the unit (Taiwan), works under the leadership of the production supervisor and accepts the tasks assigned by the factory department.

1. Lead the crew to achieve production quotas, quality, raw material consumption and other indicators, and strive for high quality and high yield.

2. Fully familiar with the specifications, quantity, color (color sample), binding method, paper used and quality requirements of printed matter as required. Production should strictly abide by the operating procedures,

Seriously implement printing quality standards and process requirements, implement sample signing system, adhere to product quality self-inspection, accurately print and run, and be responsible for printed products.

3. Seriously implement the safety operation rules, overhaul and maintain the machine once a week, solve and eliminate problems in time when found, and ensure safe production.

4. Pay attention to saving paper, ink, rubber, gasoline and other raw materials to reduce production costs.

5. The captain should stick to his post, leave the machine because of work needs, greet the assistant and arrange the work of the machine.

6. Fill in the production daily report carefully and do a good job of safety inspection after work.

(2) Assistant

Assistant is the captain's helper to complete production, ensure quality and ensure the safety of later production, and works under the leadership of the captain. Assistants should give full play to their subjective initiative and closely cooperate with pilots to complete quota, quality, material consumption, safety and other indicators.

1. Go to the computer in advance to make all preparations before starting, such as oiling, inking, paper feeding, neatness and hygiene of the machine, and all cleaning after work. Special attention should be paid to the high-speed parts of oil once or twice per shift to ensure safe production.

2. Assist the foreman to observe the color of ink, observe the working condition of the paper feeder, pay attention to the operation of the machine, report the problems to the foreman in time, and cooperate with the foreman to complete various production indicators.

3. Be familiar with the operating procedures, master the quality standards, cooperate with the captain in quality control, identify the unqualified products, properly handle them and save the samples.

4. The printed plates should be carefully kept after cleaning and gluing, so as to prepare for making up the plates or secondary printing.

5. Assist the foreman to save all kinds of raw materials.

6. Assist the captain to maintain and repair the machine regularly, keep the tools and supplies of the machine well, and do a good job of cleaning and hygiene around the machine.
