Yang Zirong is the prototype of Yang Zirong in the Peking Opera "Taking Tiger Mountain Outward". Yang Zirong Martyrs Memorial Hall is located among the pines and cypresses in hailin city Dongshan Martyrs Cemetery, which belongs to Mudanjiang City. It was built in memory of the famous reconnaissance hero Yang Zirong Martyr. 198/kloc-0 officially opened on April 5. The Martyrs Memorial Hall displays pictures and relics of martyrs' life stories. On the hillside behind the memorial hall is the Martyrs Cemetery, in which stands the Martyrs Monument, which is 8. 1 m high and symbolizes the "August 1st Army Day". On the front of the monument is the "Revolutionary Martyrs Monument" inscribed by calligrapher Zou Wenxiu. The monument is engraved with the names of 165 comrades-in-arms from Yang Zirong, Malutian, Van Gogh and Yang Zirong. The monument is made of granite and is surrounded by stone galleries and chains. It's solemn. Twenty meters behind the monument is the tomb of Yang Zirong Martyrs. The monument in front of the tomb is granite, with a height of 3. 1 m, symbolizing that Yang Zirong was 3 1 year old when the martyr died.
