According to relevant information, Huo Xinniu of Yulin City and Yuyang Branch of Yulin Public Security Bureau are investigating cases of Huo Xinniu and others suspected of intentional injury, trouble-making, illegal detention and gambling.

Yulin is a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Shaanxi Province, located in the northernmost part of Shaanxi, at the junction of northern Shaanxi with Hetao, Loess Plateau and Mu Us Sandy Land, and it is the transitional zone between the Loess Plateau and Inner Mongolia Plateau.
