Huai 'an Middle School in Jiangsu Province was founded in 1904. Formerly known as Huai 'an Affiliated High School, it was run by Li Zheng Academy (southeast corner of Huai 'an District, now south campus of Chuzhou Middle School) in the late Qing Dynasty. The name of the school was changed from Jiangsu Ninth Middle School, Jiangsu Huai 'an Middle School, Huaibei Second Union Middle School, Huai 'an County Junior Middle School, Huai 'an County Middle School and Huai 'an Middle School. In 2002, it was recognized as a national model high school by the Education Department of Jiangsu Province (at that time, the school was located on the beautiful shore of Shaohu Lake, and now it is Wentong Middle School). With the approval of the competent department, the current school name is activated. In July 2003, the school was sold to real estate developers and turned into private ownership. Subsequently, in order to expand enrollment and maximize profits, private bosses used their convenience as real estate developers to build a new campus. The new school after the relocation is different from the old Huaizhong.

The new campus is located at the junction of Xiangyu Avenue and Chuzhou Avenue in Huai 'an District, Huai 'an City. The campus covers an area of 326 mu, with a total construction area of 6.5438+0.2 million square meters. The campus environment is beautiful and elegant, with a unique cultural atmosphere.
