Weng Fan, 1976 was born in Chaozhou, Guangdong Province in July, and is the wife of physicist Yang Zhenning. After graduating from Shantou University, Weng Fan first went to work in an enterprise in Shantou, but Weng Fan left the company more than a month later and went to work in a golf club in Shenzhen. She worked in Shenzhen for three years, during which she went through the marriage formalities with the staff of an ordinary company in Hong Kong, but it broke up after less than two years of marriage. Since then, Weng Fan has applied for a postgraduate degree and entered the Translation Department of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies for a master's degree.
