China Railway 15th Bureau Group Co., Ltd. was formerly the Fifth Division of the Chinese People's Liberation Army Railway Corps.

1984 and 1 year, the State Council and the Central Military Commission ordered them to collectively change jobs and merge into the Ministry of Railways, which was called the 15th Engineering Bureau of the Ministry of Railways. In April of 200 1 year, it was officially changed to China Railway 15th Bureau Group Co., Ltd..
