Zhou Jianrong, a craftsman, 197 1, was born in a ceramic family in Dingshu Town, Yixing City, and has been exposed since childhood. 1989 studied in Economic School, 1992 studied in Nanjing Art School, and then transferred to Central Academy of Arts and Crafts for further study. Trained by the Ceramic Art Association of the Provincial Light Industry School, he founded the "Tao Yuanming" studio with his wife 1996. He has made outstanding achievements in pot-making, sculpture, painting and calligraphy, and has been pointed out and affirmed by many master craftsmen such as Jiang Rong, Tan Quanhai and Xu Xiutang. His works have been well received in Hongkong, Taiwan Province Province, Japanese, Singaporean, Malaysian and other foreign countries in West Asia, and have been collected by many museums and art centers.
