The theories, assumptions and models put forward by the study of urban regional structure enrich the research methods of urban geography, expand the research fields of urban geography and play an important role in the development of urban geography. With the development of the city, the internal structure of the city is constantly changing and becoming more and more complicated. To study the regional structure of a city, we must study the complex relationship among natural environment, economic structure, population structure, transportation network, urban material elements and architectural space, especially the dynamic development of the city, and predict various problems in the process of urban development, so as to put forward a reasonable urban planning structure for urban planning.
