Zhu Guangyao was born in 1966, Han nationality, party member. He used to be the deputy director of the Personnel and Education Department of the General Administration of Customs. At the beginning of 2022, he became the Party Secretary and Commissioner of Changsha Customs. He is currently the director of Xiamen Customs, secretary of the Party Committee, and the first-level supervision of the Customs.
