Tan Yicun said with emotion that many celebrities died young in recent years, which has a lot to do with their preoccupation with work and neglect of health. He recalled that his old partner Wang Huiquan, a famous comedy director, died of a heart attack at the age of 59. Tan Yicun said that Wang Huiquan's personality is impatient and his workload is heavy, so he often can't rest. He can take the train as a bus, stop in Shanghai in the morning, appear in Suzhou in the afternoon and come to Changzhou in the evening. Unexpectedly, such high work efficiency has also buried hidden dangers that threaten health. Tan Yicun suggested that no matter how busy you are at work, you must keep a good and peaceful mind, and take a rest when you should. If possible, you should have a physical examination once a year. It is necessary to find and prevent diseases as early as possible.

Everyone needs enough sleep. Tan Yicun has a good way to rest. He will stay in the theater all day during the performance or rehearsal. He will seize the rest time and take a nap anytime and anywhere. Although I usually get into the habit of staying up late because of my work, Tan Yicun will ensure 8 hours of sleep every day to get enough rest.

Live a good life and communicate well in your later years.

Tan Yicun said that the life of the elderly should be as colorful as possible, and their interests should be varied. It's no use thinking about the past, learn to look forward. He likes watching table tennis and boxing. Pingtan not only likes listening, but also participates in it. In his view, pingtan is an exquisite language art, which also contains a lot of historical knowledge. It is very interesting to study deeply.

Tan Yicun usually has no time to exercise. However, he insists that those who can walk should take fewer buses. When they get old, they will be stiff and need some exercise. He also likes ballroom dancing, which can enjoy music and exercise.

As for diet, Tan Yicun suffered three consecutive gastric bleeding around 1980. Later, he followed the doctor's instructions and insisted on drinking milk every day to nourish his stomach. Usually, he will eat more nutritious soy products and avoid hard food and fried and high-fat food. Talk about food, don't overeat. He thinks that the digestive function of old people is not better than that of young people. It is best to be a little hungry, and seven or eight points is enough. He also eats some health products such as cod liver oil, garlic essence, vitamin E and youth treasure.

Tan Yicun said that as he grew older, he became more and more aware of the importance of his wife and old friends. Young students can't be with them every day. His lover is also a teacher. The old couple care about each other and take care of each other. And decades of old friends and colleagues are especially worth cherishing. It is very beneficial to your physical and mental health to get together regularly to talk about each other's family life, exchange health care experiences, or go out for a trip. Old people need to communicate, especially those who live alone. They are lonely and prone to depression. This requires old friends to communicate with each other, make their thinking active and accept more new things, so as not to fall behind the times.

In life, Mr. Tan Yicun is a real old Shanghai carat. He is very particular about clothes, likes to comment on the piano, dance, sleep ... and is a collector (there are many kinds of ashtrays at home).
