Generally speaking, HR knows the applicant through resume, interview question and answer and some simple ring back tones, but in fact, it is not enough to know the applicant only through these three ways.
These candidates' resumes are all fake, and they also know how to list data and talk about grades. Every work experience looks so perfect. TA's growth experience will make HR shine. I think this is the talent that enterprises are looking for, a rare talent!
