Wang Ying, (1938-), a native of Wuhan, 1965 graduated from the Foreign Languages Department of Nankai University, and has been engaged in the research and translation of American and Indian films for a long time.
Li Guangcheng, (1925-), a native of Beijing, graduated from the English Department of Beijing Normal University in 1949 and has taught in Peking University and Beijing Normal University successively. His translated works include Schools of Modern Western Literary Theories and The Complete Works of Father Brown's Exploration.
Zheng Xu Mi, (1938-), a native of Fuzhou, 1960 graduated from the Foreign Languages Department of Fudan University, and later worked in China Institute of Contemporary International Relations. Translated as "Harry? Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, etc.
Zhou Yongqi, (1925-2008), a Beijinger, graduated from Peking University on 1955 and has taught at Peking University and Nankai successively. His translations include plays by Gersme and Soyinka, novels by Stevenson and John Galsworthy, lyric poems by Shelley and Keats, and essays by Thackeray.
