Notice of Organizational Adjustment and Appointment of Mobile Phone Department and Platform Department

According to the decision of the management and the approval of the CEO, the following structural adjustments and appointments were made:

1. In order to strengthen the strategy and operation of the mobile phone department, the mobile phone department set up the General Staff Department and appointed Lei Zhu as the Chief of Staff, who was responsible for the sales and operation, business analysis and cost accounting of the mobile phone business, and reported to Lin Bin. The product cost department was merged into the General Staff of the Mobile Phone Department, and Wang Yang reported to Lei Zhu to assist Lei Zhu in product cost accounting and business analysis.

2. The mobile phone department set up the display and touch department, and appointed Liu Anyu as the general manager, reporting to Lin Bin. Wu Cangzhi was appointed as the deputy general manager of the display and touch department of the mobile phone department, responsible for the product definition and new technology of the display and touch department of the mobile phone department, and reporting to Liu Anyu. He Jia succeeded Hu Shaoxing in charge of product development (PD) and reported to Liu Anyu. Jiang Zhongsheng is responsible for fingerprinting and reporting to Liu.

3. The core device department of the mobile phone department was merged into the hardware R&D department, and Wu Fenghui and Wang Zongqiang reported to Zhang Lei. At the same time, an independent audio core equipment team will be set up, reporting to Di Yun and Zhang Lei.

4. In order to strengthen the construction and management of domestic regional headquarters, Liu Guojun was appointed as vice president of regional development department and general manager of Wuhan headquarters, reporting to Qi Yan.

5. To improve the internal operation efficiency of the platform, the Group Supervision Department and the Internal Control and Internal Audit Department were merged into the Internal Control and Internal Audit Supervision Department, and Liu Shaoshun was appointed as the general manager, reporting to Zhou Shouzi; Li Tingting was appointed Minister of Supervision, reporting to Liu Shaoshun.

6. The former Group Safety Department was split into Safety Compliance Department and Safety Management Department, and the Safety Compliance Department was merged into the Group Quality Committee, and Li Tao was appointed as the director of the Safety Compliance Department, reporting to Yan Kesheng; The Safety Management Department was merged into the Government Affairs Department, and Wang Yong was appointed as the director of the Safety Management Department, reporting to He Yong.

7. Wang Xiaowei, the former vice president of the Human Resources Department of the Group, resigned for personal reasons and thanked her for her contribution to the company in the past three years; Jin Ling, deputy director of the organization department of the Group, is temporarily responsible for the management of the Group's human resources department, and his human resources-related work reports to Zhou Shouzi.
