Ma Zengxiang, male, 1949 was born in Yuanping, Shanxi. Graduated from Chinese Department of Shanxi Institute of Education. Now he is an assistant to the mayor of Yuanping City and an associate researcher at the Institute of Rural Development of China Academy of Social Sciences. He has been engaged in grass-roots work for a long time, and conducted special research on county and city institutional reform, state-owned enterprise reform, economic situation analysis, and theoretical study style. Published more than 50 papers in newspapers and magazines. Among them, Exploration of County and City Organization Reform was published in China Rural Economy, and Reform and Opening-up Strongly Promoted the Construction of Spiritual Civilization was published in Propaganda Dynamics of the Propaganda Department of the Communist Party of China.
