The model code of 89 series single chip microcomputer consists of prefix, model and suffix. The format is as follows:

89C？ XXXXXx, where AT is the prefix, 89CXXXX is the model and XXXx is the suffix.

(l) prefix? It consists of the letter "AT", indicating that the equipment is a product of ATMEL company.
