Lang Xianping is currently the Chair Professor of Finance Department of the Chinese University of Hong Kong. Professor Lang Xianping is an internationally renowned expert in corporate governance and corporate strategy, calling for the protection of the fiduciary responsibility of minority shareholders, criticizing the MBO-style "nanny theory" and denouncing the "popsicle theory" of the loss of state-owned assets. Lang Xianping is known as the "iron hammer" of China's economy and the "Langdu" by the media. Since 2007, he has hosted a series of TV programs about Lang Xianping and published a series of books about Lang Xianping.
