Generally speaking, the working hours of the government affairs hall are from Monday to Friday, and Saturday and Sunday are legal weekends. According to Article 5 of the Regulations on Working Hours of Employees in the State Council, if the standard working hours system of 8 hours a day and 40 hours a week cannot be implemented due to the nature of work or production characteristics, other work and rest measures can be implemented in accordance with relevant state regulations.

Article 6 No unit or individual may extend the working hours of employees without authorization. If it is really necessary to extend working hours due to special circumstances and urgent tasks, it shall be implemented in accordance with relevant state regulations.

Article 7 State organs and institutions shall practise uniform working hours, with Saturdays and Sundays as weekly rest days.

The government affairs center generally does not go to work on Saturday and Sunday.
