Mai Yanzhou 1968 10 was born in Henan Province, Hui nationality, and is a professor-level senior engineer. In 2002, he graduated from the Department of Electronic Engineering of Zhengzhou University with a bachelor's degree in engineering and a master's degree in electronic information engineering from Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications.

Mai Yanzhou worked in an enterprise for a long time before taking office in Ningxia. In his early years, he worked in Henan Province, and served as deputy section chief of Zhoukou Post and Telecommunications Bureau, deputy general manager of Zhumadian Telecom Company, director of planning and construction department of Henan Telecom Company, and general manager of network operation and maintenance department of China Netcom Henan Branch.

In 2006, Mai Yanzhou was transferred to Guangdong Province and served as the deputy general manager of China Netcom Guangdong Branch and China Unicom Guangdong Branch. 20 1 1 was the general manager of China Unicom Fujian Branch, and 20 14 was the general manager of China Unicom Liaoning Branch.

From 20 17 to 12, Mai Yanzhou was appointed as the deputy general manager of China Unicom Group. On May 30 this year, he took up his new post and served as the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.
