In the course of XX years, our school has successively completed three topics, namely, the provincial-level topic "Changes and Countermeasures of Teaching Behavior under the New Curriculum Concept" presided by Deputy Director Chen, the municipal-level topic "Research on the Mental Health of Left-behind Students in Senior High School" presided by Director Zhu, and the cooperation between cooperative inquiry learning and meaningful acceptance learning in chemistry teaching. The three topics have been fully affirmed by experts from the Education College of the Autonomous Region or Liuzhou Education College. In XX, my research department invited three project leaders to introduce the results to the relevant teachers, organized the relevant teachers to study hard, and vigorously promoted the results in the school. The popularization of scientific research results has made new progress in education and teaching in our school. For example, in the past, teachers in our school generally thought that it was difficult to do the work of "left-behind" students, because their parents were not at home, and they were either elderly grandparents or relatives and friends, so it was difficult for these "left-behind" children to be monitored. Therefore, this group of students often stay at school during holidays. Therefore, for this group of students, the work of "home-school cooperation" is almost zero, and teachers can only deal with problems by themselves. However, the teachers of the research group found that most students in this group are mentally healthy, and even quite a few students are very sensible and mature. They know that it is not easy for their parents to go out to work, so they cherish learning opportunities, take the initiative in learning and get good grades. However, some students feel left out because their parents go out to work and lack the care of their guardians. They are lonely and empty, highly suspicious of others and unwilling to associate with others, forming an autistic psychology. How to do a good job in the education of such students? Through the study and understanding of the project results, teachers have found the theoretical basis and educational methods, and no longer find it difficult to do the work of "staying behind" students.

Second, guide the completion of the project.

This year, there is only one municipal project in our school, which is "improving routine management and ensuring the realization of the school's development goals" presided over by vice president Diao Maoquan. In June, our research department asked the project leader to sort out the research materials and send them to the research department. After the materials were delivered, we made a careful inspection, put forward specific suggestions for revision to the teachers of the research group, and then instructed the project leader to write a conclusion report. Under the guidance of my research room, the teachers of the research group spent a lot of time in the summer vacation, further enriching and perfecting the research materials. Three, actively do a good job in the project declaration.

The subject research must serve the education and teaching of the school and effectively solve the problems existing in the education and teaching of the school. Our research department requires all teaching and research groups to explore and find problems in their daily teaching activities. Every teacher should develop the consciousness and habit of asking, asking and asking questions about daily education and teaching life, pay attention to "specific cases" and "small problems" in daily education and teaching, summarize and refine the problems found, and make the problems with ordinary significance and value rise to research topics. Teachers in the Chinese language group found that the connection between junior high school and senior high school is an important problem to solve students' high school study. If the connection work is done well, students can take fewer detours and adapt to high school study more quickly. Under the leadership of Mr. Ou Youping, some teachers in the Chinese language group put forward the "convergence project of classical Chinese teaching in junior and senior high schools" after careful argumentation. In May, we reported the project to the Municipal Education Institute. But for various reasons, it was not approved. In view of this situation, we have made a serious analysis with the Chinese teacher and think that this topic has certain significance for our students to learn classical Chinese. Therefore, together with the Chinese teacher, we re-demonstrated this topic according to the opinions put forward by the municipal education department, and studied this topic as a school-based topic. In daily teaching, biology teachers find that quite a few students have not developed the habit of thinking seriously, and their understanding of basic concepts and principles often stays at the level of "a little knowledge", which seriously affects biology learning. However, numerous "concept maps", cell structure maps and physiological process maps are often helpful to guide students to think deeply and help them understand and master basic knowledge. Therefore, under the leadership of Mr. Chen Jun, the biology teacher put forward the topic of "taking photos as the core to improve the effectiveness of biology classroom learning". The two school-based projects we initiated this year have now started their research work normally.

In the first half of this year, according to the requirements of the Municipal Education Institute, combined with the actual situation of our school, some teachers in the English group and the chemistry group, under the leadership of teachers Huang Guirong and Tao Daiwu, declared the municipal project "Investigation on the causes of English learning difficulties in rural senior high schools and teaching strategies" and "Experimental study on three-stage inquiry teaching of chemistry in Luzhai middle school" after careful argumentation. After the project was approved, our research department immediately guided and urged the teachers of the two research groups to carry out research work. In the short period of more than two months after the start of the autumn semester, great progress has been made in the research of the two topics, and a large amount of information has been collected. In June 165438+ 10, experts from the research group of the Municipal Education Institute came to our school to inspect the work. After reviewing the research materials and listening to the work reports of two project leaders, they fully affirmed the research work. At present, both subjects are sorting out materials and preparing to participate in the evaluation work of the general research group.

On June+10, 5438, under the leadership of teacher Qian Wei, some teachers in the Chinese language group declared the subject "Practical Research on Chinese Cooperative Learning in Senior High Schools" to the Municipal Education Institute after argumentation. Although the reply from the Municipal Education Institute has not yet been issued, the work of the research group has been carried out.

Since the beginning of this year, our school's promotion, project conclusion, project declaration and scientific research management have been very normal and achieved remarkable results, which has promoted the development of our school and the improvement of teachers' education and teaching level to a certain extent.
