For myself, my senior year is generally full and I am often blind. Enrichment is because there are things to do every day, blindness is because of lack of self-awareness, unclear self-positioning, and often I don't know how to choose.
Senior year has two major tasks, one is to study and the other is to find a job. Now it seems that my time allocation on these two things is a bit unreasonable. I spend too much time looking for a job and ignore the study of theoretical knowledge. Although I did well in the exam last semester, I was still rated as a "three good students". But I know that I should learn more knowledge in the final stage of undergraduate study. But now it seems that regret is useless.
My job hunting experience began at the beginning of last semester. Of course, the first thing is to receive job-seeking education, and then try to participate in various types of job fairs. During this one-month internship, I was mainly responsible for the on-site management of Hexi Electric Market Project 1#. Since joining the company's project work, I have mainly completed the following tasks: after taking over the work, I quickly became familiar with the drawings of the site and related buildings, and completed the site three links and one leveling, including the site selection, joint and burial of water pipes, the statistics of the construction progress, the statistics of the number of construction workers, the quality supervision of each building, coordinating the excavator team to clear the pile head, participating in the pile position deviation measurement of each building to prepare for pile inspection and subsequent construction, and making the site measurement statistics of the handover quantities. And with the enthusiastic help of company leaders and colleagues, actively participate in related technical work. Through our own efforts, the theoretical knowledge of drawings is combined with the field engineering practice. By applying the theoretical knowledge I have learned and trying to accumulate on-site work experience, I can quickly integrate myself into my new work life.
At the same time, I also deeply realize that I still have many shortcomings, such as a large gap in engineering experience, limited field experience, and a poor combination of theoretical knowledge and engineering practice. After realizing this deficiency, I decided to enrich my architectural theory knowledge, and at the same time, I was able to communicate with my colleagues and site supervisors on the spot, striving to enrich my engineering experience while completing all the work perfectly.
