Doctor of electrical engineering, Ghent University, Belgium, postdoctoral fellow, Simon Fraser University, Canada. He is a visiting professor at Colorado State University and Concordia University in Canada. Member of the Science and Technology Committee of the Ministry of Information Industry and the Academic Working Committee of the Chinese Institute of Electronics. At present, he is the editorial board of International Journal of Applied Mathematics and Computer Science, Journal of Electronics and Control Theory and Application. Engaged in industrial process control, nonlinear dynamic system modeling and control, intelligent control of precision manufacturing system and other research and teaching work. At present, he is in charge of the national natural science foundation projects: "intelligent control and application of nonlinear dynamic systems with hysteresis characteristics" and "identification and prediction of sandwich dynamic systems with non-smooth nonlinearity".
