What information does the company need to provide when bidding?
Legal subjectivity:

Many materials need to be prepared for bidding, including but not limited to business license, machinery and equipment used to complete the project, tax registration certificate, main technologies, resumes and certificates of personnel, project performance, certificate of construction engineer as project manager and safety assessment certificate, etc.

Legal objectivity:

Article 26 of the Bidding Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) stipulates that bidders should have the ability to undertake bidding projects; If the relevant provisions of the state stipulate the qualifications of bidders or the bidding documents stipulate the qualifications of bidders, the bidders shall meet the prescribed qualifications. Article 27 If the project subject to tender belongs to construction, the contents of the tender documents shall include the resumes and achievements of the project leaders and main technicians to be dispatched, as well as the machinery and equipment to be used to complete the project subject to tender.
