13 how do electrical engineering graduates enter power companies?
Those who want to enter the national grid need some people. At that time, the first place in our department didn't get the written test, but it was brushed in the resume stage. Those who haven't learned much can apply for a written interview in February and March next year. I didn't apply (only reported to the South Network), and I don't know much about the State Grid, but it's all such a process. The order of written interview can be notified by online registration-written interview.

But it's the same. Let me talk about my experience in taking the exam in Wang Nan:

First of all, all the subjects in my four years of college were balanced, and I didn't miss any professional courses.

It took me a month to prepare for the preparation of China Southern Power Grid: specifically, I first looked at the circuit from top to bottom (we came from Wuhan University, so there are ups and downs), and then looked at the model electricity and power electronics, mainly to test the formulas inside. The most common circuits, such as emitter output, step-down and step-down circuits, will be tested by your formula and power supply system. After reading only two books by Huake, I finished the relay protection in my junior summer vacation.

There are three types of China Southern Airlines network exams: line test questions, personality questions and professional questions.

Taking a test is like taking a civil servant test. Let's talk about Chinese, sequence, figure, logic and nine kinds of questions.

Personality problem, really redundant, repeat and repeat, ask what you want to be and what you want to do most.

Professional topics, relay protection, circuit, analog and digital electricity, high voltage, power system analysis, motor, almost all professional courses involve one or two topics, as well as multiple-choice questions.

As for my interview, I'll introduce myself first, and then talk about my internship. Because I have been to the internship of State Grid, they are very interested and even ask me about the relay protection of transformers. I finished painting, I waited for several months, recorded it, and waited for work.

Generally speaking, I have to take professional courses, so I have time to preview relay protection in advance, because I only took it in my senior year, and then I went to recruit people, so I didn't have time to learn.

Attach the job search route of this major.

This major has a wide range of employment and has six directions. These are all ideal directions.

1. Working for the central government, going to central enterprises, State Grid and Southern Network is the first choice. Those who have the ability and personnel can go to the Electric Power Research Institute under the provincial company, which is the best choice for the absolute technology emperor. Electric Power Research Institute mainly belongs to the electric power test institutions of provincial power grid companies, mainly doing biased theoretical research. For example, Wuhan High Voltage Laboratory is mainly engaged in high voltage and insulation technology experiments. After entering these departments, they will be treated according to the project, and each project will be counted as one money. The general treatment is much more than that of power supply bureaus at all levels. But only if you are very top-notch, safe and pure in theory. I am not particularly top-notch, and my knowledge is solid. I suggest going to the power supply bureau. Some places may not be restructured, but they are called power bureaus. I am mainly engaged in the operation and maintenance of power stations. Life is relatively moist, but I can't get in touch with cutting-edge technology and gradually become a mechanic.

2. Take the route of power generation group. You have also heard of the five major power generation groups, as well as China Guangdong Nuclear Power Group and Guangdong Electric Power Group. It's stable to go in.

3. Take the design route and enter the electric power design institute. Electric power design institutes generally focus on engineering projects and design large thermal power plants and substations. To put it bluntly, it is drawings, primary on-site wiring and secondary switchgear, as well as those responsible for building electricity, lightning protection and grounding, and indoor power distribution and lighting. China Electric Power Engineering Consulting Group has five regional electric power design institutes in North China, Northeast China, Northwest China, Central South China and Southwest China, and the provincial ones are relatively strong, such as Shandong Electric Power Engineering Consulting Institute (now under China National Nuclear Corporation) and Guangdong Electric Power Design Institute.

4. Take the direction of relay insurance. Have you heard of relay insurance company? Entering these units is a test of people's ability and is helpful to the improvement of personal ability. Foreign electrical equipment enterprises, such as Siemens, Schneider, abb, Mitsubishi, General Motors, etc. , domestic large-scale relay protection companies, Nanrui, Nanzi, Xuji, Sifang, etc. It is also a good choice, as well as Shenyang Transformer Factory and Baoding, too many to remember.

5. Go to some power engineering companies, there are such units everywhere. These units are all auxiliary units, and most of them contract to build substations. Because these companies belong to low-level units and involve a wide range, they should be familiar once and for all, but at the same time, this kind of work is very hard and dangerous, and the salary is not high. The only advantage is that they learn a lot.

6. This is a new direction. Companies planning smart grids now have such devices everywhere. Good ones are not easy to find, but these units are doing some cutting-edge technologies, such as wind power generation and photovoltaic power generation, mostly distributed power generation and microgrid. Most of us go in and do simulations. Frontier units, undergraduate work, a little pressure. But now the future is unpredictable. Even if you learn all the courses well, you can develop some power electronic devices independently. Inverter and frequency conversion technology are the most representative power electronic devices, involving modules and power electronics.

All this seems to be related to strong electricity, and the direction of automation of weak electricity seems not to be mentioned. I can tell you responsibly, if your major is automation, is it a good employment direction? Although this major covers a wide range, it is mainly based on strong electricity, supplemented by weak electricity. Strong electricity includes the production, transmission and use of electric energy, including its operation and maintenance. The main courses involved are electrical engineering, power system analysis, high voltage engineering, relay protection and power plant.

Electrical automation and weak current mainly follow the direction of automation, including single chip microcomputer, electrical control PLC, digital signal processing, automatic control principle, Matlab simulation, communication and other courses.

Generally speaking, as long as you can learn this major well, you will be a great person when you graduate, and you will not worry about finding a job!

Good luck.
